Kane Ravenwood, King of the Onyx Kingdom, is driven by a prophecy that demands he kill his father, Fae King Lazarus, to save the realms of Evendell.

Broken and desperate, Kane is willing to sacrifice everything, even his own life, to fulfill his destiny.

Meanwhile, Arwen Valondale, no longer the frightened healer she once was, is determined to exact revenge on Lazarus, knowing that failure would doom both realms.

With new allies and old friends, Kane and Arwen must navigate the treacherous politics of the fae courts and face deadly challenges to see their mission through to the end. As their bond deepens, they must confront their pasts and the prophecy that binds them together.
