How it starts

In the kingdom of Mercia, Princess Norah Andell was hidden away to protect her from a seer's vision of capture during a decade-long war against the Shadow King. As she navigates a world she doesn't remember, she must contend with political alliances and a looming war. Commander Alexander Rhemus, who has long awaited her return, finds himself torn between duty and his heart, as Norah is expected to marry to secure an alliance.
