How it starts

All my endless daydreams aside, I’m the responsible one of our crew of best friends. So when I take off from my caretaker role for just two short weeks, all I’m hoping for is enough vacation memories to hold me over ‘til my own dreams can come true. Then we get to the beautiful kingdom of Oûros, overflowing with Greek mythology on the shores of the Aegean Sea—and my imagination goes into overdrive. I ask the gods for one little favor…just a little daydream… Things happen way too fast after that. Out of nowhere, the smoking hot, unreasonably sexy prince of this fairy tale country nearly knocks me flat on the beach, pulls me into his arms, and kisses me breathless. The paparazzi go wild, my friends are swept up into royal politics, and I plunge into a society that isn’t quite what it seems. A society that makes me wonder if all that Greek mythology isn’t so make-believe after all, and desperate to know what my passionate prince is hiding behind his gorgeous, haunted eyes. Because none of this is real, right? This feels-like-we’re-falling-in-love thing’s got to end…right? And the Greek gods can’t be real… Right?
